Meet Scott Davis.
Scott A. Davis · CEO / President
Scott founded Davis Solutions LLC in 2015 after a career in public service. He served with the Township of Union Police Department for 25 years, retiring in 2016 as a Police Captain. His final six years were spent as Administrative Commander.
He brings that experience to physical security, safety assessments, and security design. His approach starts by understanding why protection is needed, then considering the people and environment involved.
A Fairleigh Dickinson University graduate, Scott holds a master’s degree in Administrative Sciences. His background also includes financial services.

Davis personnel undergo independent background screening and the New Jersey State Police SORA process. Training includes classroom, field, and site-specific preparation.
A security assignment is also a human interaction. Professionalism, awareness, and clear communication belong alongside the uniform.
